PETE PRIFTI, CPHC

is a designer and sustainability consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. With a hands-on background in building and making. His interest in architecture began in high school through engineering courses and evolved into a deep passion for how spaces shape culture, memory, and daily life.

Pete holds a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he also concentrated in Urbanism and spent a semester studying in Berlin—a time that sparked his interest in spatial memory and inclusive design. He is a certified Passive House Consultant, committed to sustainable, low-impact interventions that respond to both people and place.

His work spans architectural design, feasibility studies, rendering and visualization, and pro bono collaborations with nonprofits—especially projects that center community and advocacy. Whether helping reimagine post-socialist structures in Albania or drafting fit-outs for local clients, Pete approaches each project with care, curiosity, and a respect for context. He believes good architecture is layered, durable, and emotionally resonant—built to honor stories from the past while meeting the needs of the present.
